DIGITECH HASANAH
Founded in 2010, PT Digitech Hasanah is a distributor company that focuses on selling industrial segment products from PT Schneider Indonesia. With industry specialization that operates in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). In its early days, Digitech Hasanah only focused on Human Machine Interface (HMI) products, a system that connects humans and machines using a Graphic User Interface (GUI) on a computer screen.
In 2010, HMI was still a product that was not common and was not widely used in Indonesia, so there were no distributors who focused on this item. Along with HMI, Digitech Hasanah also markets Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), a microprocessor used for industrial process automation. In fact, HMI and PLC are two systems that cannot be used separately. One segment that uses HMI and PLC is OEM, for example for machine makers in the food industry. As time goes by, Digitech Hasanah's clients in this segment are increasing, even reaching 80% of the total clients it has. Clients are said to be satisfied, this can be seen from the small number of complaints submitted by clients to Digitech Hasanah.
